The table below provides a summary of the published car parking rates at 31 March 2016 and 31 March 2017 to assist in determining the average car parking rate for valuing car parking fringe benefits for the 2017 FBT Year.


The rates shown in the table cover the following areas in an adjacent to the Perth CBD.

  • West Perth
  • Perth CBD West
  • Perth CBD East
  • East Perth
  • Northbridge
  • Leederville
  • West Leederville
  • Highgate
  • Mt Lawley
  • Subiaco

Please Note: As these are only the publicly available rates they may not reflect the lowest available rate for your particular car parking location.

Car Parking Consultant

If you have been using published car parking rates (like those shown in the table below) to calculate the taxable value of your car parking fringe benefits then you may not be using the lowest value available.

FBT Refunds


If you have been using published rates in prior years then it is possible that you have paid too much FBT.


Our car parking consultant can provide prior year rates to determine if you have paid too much FBT and we can assist you in obtaining a refund.
